Business Development Managers

Position Description:

The Business Development Manager will work with OnePIN Customers and Channel Partners to develop and execute sales, marketing and support activities. A key part of this work will include building relationships, go-to-market strategies, implementation, training and in-country support. This is a quota driven position and reports to Vice President, Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and close business directly with mobile operators as well as with/through channel partners
  • Manage all opportunity management and communications to maximize awareness, drive product demand, train partners and promote products to reseller, integrator, and operators
  • Establish strong relationships (individual and organizational) with key mobile operators and channel partners
  • Execute activities supporting channel strategy and revenue growth
  • Prepare and deliver demonstrations and presentations
  • Prepare and deliver customer proposals, quotes and business cases
  • Update sales reports and CRM, including account status, new opportunities and forecasts

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of successful direct sales, channel or business development experience with international partners, ideally in mobile services
  • Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both written and spoken English. Additional fluency in other languages should include: Russian, Turkish, French, and German
  • Demonstrated success in quota achievement and increased sales growth with customers year to year
  • Relationship building sensitivity and skills at multiple levels within international customer and partner channel organizations
  • Experience in consultative and solution selling
  • Broad understanding of regional markets, culture and customs
  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Advanced degree or Bachelors Degree should be earned from a U.S. based school
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • International travel is a requirement (frequency may be considerable)

Software Engineer

OnePIN®, Inc. is currently looking for a Software Engineer who will design and develop mobile (JavaCard) applications using the most recent technologies for various platforms. You must have two or more years of software development experience and possess of a minimum B.Sc. degree in Software Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, modifies, develops and implements software applications.
  • Will be expected to code and test complex Java based application components.
  • Participates in code reviews.
  • Participates in the testing process through test driven development.
  • May engage in some research, including investigating new technologies to improve current products.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design concepts and ability to apply them.
  • Experience in an object oriented languages.
  • Understanding of test driven development.
  • Experience in GSM technologies (OTA, SMS, SIM) is a plus.
  • JavaCard, J2ME, Symbian or Windows .NET Compact Framework is a plus.
  • Understanding of hardware and low level communication protocols.

Software Test Engineer

OnePIN®, Inc. is currently looking for a Software Test Engineer who will develop test strategies and plans for all new releases of our new mobile and server-based applications using the most recent technologies for various platforms. You must have minimum of a Bachelor’ degree in engineering, one of the analytical sciences, or equivalent 5+ years of Software Testing experience

Responsibilities:

  • Develop test strategies, test plans and test cases for all new releases of existing products and for all new products developed.
  • Create and maintain test documentation.
  • Execute functional, usability, load, stress, regression, and other tests.
  • Communicate test plans and test results to other teams.
  • Prioritize testing needs against develop timing estimates and anticipated launch timeframes.
  • Own and maintain all test related tools and testing platforms.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with other teams.
  • Ensure that technical issues and/or problems are properly documented and addressed.
  • Work with Software Development team to ensure effective use of methodologies.
  • Manage and lead testing of product demonstrations in collaboration with OnePIN’s customer facing teams.

Skills:

  • Understanding of software development life cycle.
  • Must be a self starter, capable of planning and working independently.
  • Must have a 'test to break' attitude, an ability to take the point of view of the user, a strong desire for quality, and an attention to detail.
  • Must be able to isolate and clearly communicate software issues to team members, both technical and business groups.
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux Operating Systems (Red Hat, Ubuntu).

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

OnePIN®, Inc. is looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Product group. You will be responsible for organizing and executing all of OnePIN’s quality initiatives.

This individual is responsible for overseeing all software testing and recommending new processes, ideas, software, scripts and/or systems to continually enhance our quality assurance approach. This individual must be able to execute tactical steps with an efficient, flawless and test-to-break mentality when writing QA test cases for existing and new development projects, developing automated test scripts, and working with customer facing teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise. In addition, this individual should have the ability to setup and configure server environments and software as part of the testing and troubleshooting activities. The individual in this role must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be able to think strategically to outline best practice approaches to testing, to maintain Quality Assurance as a pillar within the organization and to ensure alignment with other groups and processes throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for defining and leading testing design, documentation approach, and all quality assurance related activities.
  • Responsible for creating, documenting, preparing and executing manual and automated product tests and handset tests.
  • Responsible for the setup and configuration of OnePIN software on test servers and hosted production servers
  • Ensure that all quality assurance-related activities at both the program and at the project level are appropriately planned and executed.
  • Provide out-of-the-box approaches to fulfill testing requirements within existing technology and process constraints.
  • Prioritize testing needs against develop timing estimates and anticipated launch timeframes.
  • Work directly with Product and Engineering Teams to define acceptable test plans and results; ensuring they are executed, documented, and communicated in an appropriate fashion.
  • Identify overall test criteria, requirements, tools and categories of test cases (regardless of manual or automated, or current limitations) for all new releases of existing solutions and for all new-new solutions developed.
  • Own and maintain all tools including handset database, test case repository, software simulators, testing platforms, etc. Outline technical and business requirements to migrate and/or upgrade tools if and when appropriate.
  • Ensure that technical issues and/or problems are properly documented and addressed.
  • Work with development team to ensure effective use of methodologies.
  • Manage and lead testing of product demonstrations in collaboration with OnePIN’s customer facing teams
  • Manage OnePIN’s handset and SIM card inventory.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, particularly within a QA role or environment
  • Must be a self starter, capable of planning and working independently
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies
  • Expertise with testing tools and methods
