OnePIN® Releases OnePIN Personal Organizer for Individual Users of its OnePIN Contact and Group Management System

OnePIN develops new module that allows individuals to store valuable information in its secure and private OnePIN Contact and Group Management System

WESTBOROUGH, MA, May 20, 2004 – OnePIN, Inc., the market leader in group management solutions, today announced the release of the OnePIN Personal Organizer within its OnePIN Contact and Group Management System. This module provides individual users the capability to easily and securely store and retrieve personal information, such as: frequent flyer/hotel/rental car numbers, organization/association membership numbers and passwords, and product registration dates/numbers.

Feyzi Celik, President and CEO of OnePIN, says “The Personal Organizer is a natural extension of the OnePIN capabilities. By allowing an individual OnePIN user to help keep track of their own personal information, the OnePIN Personal Organizer provides an added capability that does not exist elsewhere.”

The OnePIN Personal Organizer helps individual users organize and keep track of personal number-based items, such as periodical subscriptions, frequent flyer numbers, and household appliance serial numbers. It is organized by a variety of information categories: vehicle, house (residence), healthcare (medical/life insurance information), memberships/subscriptions, and miscellaneous items. This is a great way for individuals to store personal information in a single, safe, and secure location. Any information that enters into the OnePIN Personal Organizer is secure and can only be accessed by an individual through his or her own password-protected OnePIN account – this information is never shown, sent, or transmitted to anyone else.

For an added level of security, users may encrypt any information that is entered into their OnePIN Personal Organizer. When the user decides to encrypt his or her information, a secret encryption code is applied to the information entered to transform it into an unintelligible string of characters in the OnePIN database. Only the user can decrypt the encrypted information through their OnePIN account to make it viewable – no one other than the user, not even OnePIN, can decrypt this encrypted information.
