CallerXchange enables subscribers to share their contact information with friends, family, and colleagues with one-click after phone calls. The service ensures that contact information in subscribers’ phonebooks is kept up to date, allowing users to keep in touch with people in their social networks even if their information changes over time. CallerXchange transforms a static phone book into an enriched, dynamic social address book.
Globacom is currently distributing CallerXchange as an embedded service on all new SIM cards offered in the market.

Since market launch, CallerXchange has outperformed the business case by over double the expected revenue.
