Feyzi Çelik is the founder of OnePIN®, an industry visionary and an inventor at heart. He revolutionized digital services for Mobile Operators and Brands to communicate with their customers.

Celik has innovated the exchange of digital business cards within mobile phones, allowing subscribers to grow their mobile phonebooks and enrich their social networks. He pioneered an interactive messaging service which is triggered upon a missed call. Celik has transformed Mobile Marketing by deepening Mobile Operators’ and Brands’ relationship with their subscribers through an interactive and meaningful channel. He has moved mobile network analytics, quality measurements, and mapping to a new level.

Under Çelik’s direction, OnePIN is working with leading mobile network operators and global Brands to bring OnePIN’s cutting-edge technologies to mobile phones. OnePIN is now servicing 20 mobile operators including Vodafone, Orange, Etisalat, MasMovil, NOS, Cable&Wireless and MTN. Its customer base spans the globe and includes more than 800 million mobile subscribers.

Çelik raised over $26 million in funding for OnePIN from four Venture Capital firms: Stage 1 Ventures, QKA, L.P., Egan Managed Capital and Greycroft Partners.

Prior to founding OnePIN, Çelik served as President and CEO of the North American division of Koc Group, a $40 billion Fortune Global 500 company based in Istanbul.

Çelik holds a master’s degree in business administration with high distinction from the Babson College Graduate School of Business, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Middle East Technical University (METU) College of Engineering.

Çelik is the recipient of the Babson College W.F. Glavin Center Global Entrepreneur Award.

Çelik holds 60+ global patents related to OnePIN technologies. Çelik is also the main inventor on a number of patents currently in the pending stage both nationally and internationally.

Marcin Nowak directs the company’s engineering operations and is the chief architect of OnePIN’s mobile technologies. Nowak has built a world-class software development team that has engineered digital business card exchange for mobile phones, built an interactive digital communication channel for Mobile Operators and Brands, and restructured innovative mobile network analytics, quality measurements, and mapping. With over twenty years of experience, his knowledge spans hardware, software, network operations, application development and Web services. 

Prior to OnePIN, Nowak developed software products for the cable and broadband industries at RiverDelta Networks, now a division of Motorola.

Nowak holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science from Poland’s Silesian Technical University.

Nowak holds eleven U.S. patents related to OnePIN technologies.

Christopher DeGrace leads global product and alliances strategies, enabling OnePIN to be the world’s leading provider of Digital User Engagement services for mobile network operators. He maps product development to emerging international trends so that OnePIN’s suite of mobile services becomes the primary user engagement platform for mobile operators around the world. DeGrace is responsible for brokering and expanding strategic partnerships with key industry players in the mobile, media/advertising and technology sectors. Under DeGrace’s direction, the company has established and expanded strong footprints into various global markets. Notably, his leadership has generated success across the continent of Africa, the world’s fastest growing mobile market. DeGrace brings nearly twenty years of experience in technology solutions design, market development and operations for fast-growing high technology companies to his role at OnePIN.

Prior to OnePIN, DeGrace was a ground-level team member and Managing Director for Cyberplex (TSX.CX), a publicly held technology and media consulting and integration firm, where he established the company in Eastern Canada the U.S. to help corporations strategically integrate technology into their core businesses.

DeGrace was also a founding member of Internet professional services firm Webworks Worldwide Inc. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration / computer science from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada.

DeGrace holds five U.S. patents related to OnePIN technologies.

Andrea Goodwin has more than 20 years of experience driving product and service excellence within the mobile space, and is currently responsible for setting the strategic product direction within OnePIN and for managing the innovation pipeline.

Her vision, ability to execute, and focus on service culture have propelled OnePIN into a leadership position globally in the User Engagement Platform space. Joining OnePIN in its nascent start-up stages when there were no customers and no users, Andrea’s experience and drive have been instrumental in building OnePIN’s success. OnePIN’s solutions are now launched globally in more than 20 countries, and over 800 million mobile subscribers utilize OnePIN’s software.

Under her direction, OnePIN’s innovations have been recognized by intellectual property offices globally and are currently protected by more than 35 unique worldwide patents.

Prior to OnePIN, Andrea worked with Fortune 500 enterprises within the mobile industry leading service portfolio management and product development program improvement projects with management consulting firm PRTM, now PwC.

Andrea holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.

Steve Dane manages OnePIN’s finance, accounting and human resource departments. Dane has managed the fundraising and tax reporting activities for OnePIN since his arrival in 2008. Dane brings over twenty five years of experience working with high-growth, technology focused companies. 

Prior to OnePIN, Dane held senior financial executive positions at a number of companies including 170 Systems (now part of Kofax, plc), Symbus Technologies (now part of Dell/EMC) and The LongView Group (now part of Linedata Services). Dane managed a number of successful fundraising and M&A activities as part of his duties as CFO within these companies. 

Dane began his finance career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC), one of the world’s largest accounting firms where he earned his CPA license. Dane holds the distinction of passing all parts of the CPA exam in his first sitting.

Dane holds a master’s degree in finance & accounting from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
