Patent number 10,147,106 protects unique methods of digital mobile customer engagement initiated from the Cloud.

The innovation is an extension of OnePIN’s BoosterX service, enabling Mobile Operators to digitize their user engagement initiates with their customers. The digital assistant service creates contextual, event-based user journeys which enhance the Mobile Operators Customer Value Management systems.
